Maintenance Agreements That Make Sense
Here at Magnolia Scientific Services, Inc., we offer a variety of maintenance agreements plans that truly benefit our ICP customers. These plans are designed to provide you with the services you need most to insure the most from your Spectro Analytical ICP.
First, for those who simply need a professional preventive maintenance plan for their ICP spectrometer, we offer a standard Preventive Maintenance Agreement or PMA. This agreement provides for one, two or three scheduled maintenance visits per year by a factory trained service expert, free phone support, on-site operator training of instrument care tips to insure continued optimum ICP performance, evaluation and maintenance documentation including a comprehensive inspection checklist and a certificate of inspection verifying instrument maintenance for your records.
Secondly, since we recognize that employee or student turnover is an unfortunate fact of business, we have created the Preventive Maintenance Agreement Plus or PMA+. This agreement not only provides for the services described above, but it also provides for one day of on-site training with each of the maintenance visits. This not only helps maintain your instrument but maintains the education of your staff.
Magnolia Scientific now offers an ICP phone support package for our non-PMA customer that gives you the confidence that help is only a phone call away. You need to know that someone is available to discuss your ICP needs when it is most important to you. Our phone support package gives you that assurance.
We can also tailor-fit a plan to specifically meet your needs, based on your scheduling, budgeting and capabilities.
Magnolia Scientific Services, Inc. offers complete operator training from basic theory to advanced software use. The training can be tailored to meet your company's individual needs and can be offered at your facility or at one of our training “Boot Camps”. We will provide all training materials.
